How did we get our start? After a tiring cycling trip in 2020, our founder Stefan realized the importance of comfortable footwear for an enjoyable cycling tour. This realization led to the creation of KESCOO.

What makes our products unique? To address the issue of discomfort during cycling, we spent six months testing various upper and sole materials with individuals of different foot shapes. After numerous tests and adjustments, we developed ergonomic and comfortable cycling shoes.

Q: Why are there 2 screws on the sole? A: The screws on the sole are used to fix the metal inside. It is recommended to tighten these screws before installing the cleats to prevent rattling during riding.

Q: The included cleats are compatible with the Pelaton bike, why can't I clip them into the pedals? A: Follow these steps to retry: 1. Apply force to clip into the pedal. 2. If you are having difficulty clipping in, use a 3mm Allen key to loosen the tension on the pedal. 3. Ensure the cleats are installed in the correct direction.

Q: What should I do if the size is not right? A: If the product does not fit correctly, you can return or exchange it. Let us know if there are any additional costs.
